Surfaces Where Quality Shines Through
Coating Systems
System Benefits
- A unique look with a metallic effect—special shades create an attractive surface with metallic sheen and give products a premium look.
- Protection and aesthetics in one—the coating system combines long-term corrosion protection with a decorative finish without the need for additional treatments.
- High durability for outdoor use — resists UV radiation, weathering, and normal mechanical stress, retaining its appearance over the long term.
- Ideal for custom manufacturing—suitable for gates, fences, railings, pergolas, street furniture, and designer steel structures.
What to Watch Out For
- The final result depends on the application method—the texture and metallic appearance may vary depending on the application technique used.
- The quality of the substrate is key to the result—a carefully prepared surface ensures an even appearance and a long-lasting finish.
- Each product is unique—striking shades may appear different under varying lighting conditions, which is a natural characteristic of these finishes.

Luxurious metallic finish
Special effect finishes give steel products an appearance reminiscent of wrought metal or a subtle metallic finish, enhancing their aesthetic value.
Design for Modern Architecture
The ideal choice for fences, gates, railings, pergolas, and other elements that are a prominent part of the exterior and are meant to showcase the quality of craftsmanship.
Beauty That Lasts
In addition to its attractive appearance, the system also provides long-term protection against corrosion and the elements, ensuring that the products remain beautiful for many years.

System Benefits
- A proven solution for metalworking—the combination of KG 13 primer and KE topcoats offers reliable protection for gates, fences, railings, and other steel products.
- Choice of final finish — depending on requirements, you can choose a matte, semi-gloss, gloss, or high-gloss finish without changing the base system.
- Easy application and fast drying — the system is suitable for both custom and mass production and enables an efficient painting process.
- Cost-effective protection with a long service life—it offers an economical solution for standard outdoor and indoor applications.
What to Watch Out For
- Proper surface preparation is essential—a properly cleaned surface significantly affects both the adhesion and durability of the coating.
- The choice of gloss level affects the final appearance—glossier finishes will more prominently highlight the texture and any unevenness in the substrate.
- Do not subject the surface to full load until it has cured — the coating will achieve its maximum mechanical properties only after it has fully cured.

Choose the final look
Every metalwork product has different requirements for its final appearance. That’s why you can choose between a matte (KE 20), semi-gloss (KE 53), glossy (KE 54), or high-gloss (KE 68) finish—from practical functional structures to elegant architectural elements.
A simple and proven system
The combination of KG 13 and KE topcoats is a time-tested solution that simplifies both the production and storage of the material.
Ideal for metalwork products
Suitable for gates, fences, railings, pergolas, steel stairs, grilles, and other structures where reliable protection and a high-quality appearance are important.

System Benefits
- Maximum durability for demanding applications—the two-component system creates a highly durable surface with a long service life, even under intense operational loads.
- Long-lasting, attractive appearance — polyurethane topcoats retain their color, gloss, and overall appearance significantly longer than conventional single-component systems.
- High mechanical and chemical resistance — the coating resists mechanical damage, moisture, UV radiation, and common operational chemicals.
- A solution for products with high quality standards—ideal for gates, fences, railings, pergolas, and designer steel structures requiring a long service life.
What to Watch Out For
- Precise curing is essential—be sure to follow the specified ratio of paint to hardener before application.
- Limited pot life — once the hardener has been added, the material must be processed within the time limit specified in the technical data sheet.
- Proper application conditions — During both application and curing, the recommended ambient temperature and humidity must be maintained.

Protection for Years to Come
The two-component system provides significantly higher resistance to corrosion, UV radiation, and mechanical wear, and extends the service life of metalwork products.
A premium look without compromise
PE 33, PE 73, and PE 84 topcoats create a smooth, long-lasting finish that retains its appearance even when used outdoors.
For demanding customers and applications
The ideal solution for projects where the emphasis is on high-quality workmanship, long service life, and minimal future maintenance costs.
