Steel buildings designed for long-term operation
Coating Systems
System Benefits
- Long-term protection of steel — 2K polyurethane systems create a durable surface with a long service life under daily operational loads.
- Faster production cycles — quick drying helps reduce downtime and speed up the shipment of completed orders.
- Time is money — high-quality 2K PUR protection with a significantly longer service life, without unnecessary repair costs
What to Watch Out For
- Hardener Requirements — Before application, the coating must be thoroughly mixed with the specified hardener.
- Application conditions — During application and subsequent drying, protect the surface from adverse weather conditions.
- Limited pot life after hardener addition — after mixing with the hardener, the material must be used within the time limit specified in the technical data sheet

Long-term protection
A durable 2K PUR coating protects steel structures from long-term operational stress
Variable gloss
The option to choose from different gloss levels depending on the type of project and the desired look
A wide range of shades
Choose from RAL, NCS, and other color charts to precisely match the project's requirements

System Benefits
- Reliable corrosion protection — the system protects outdoor steel structures from corrosion and long-term exposure to the elements.
- Resistance to harsh environments — the combination of an epoxy primer and a polyurethane topcoat significantly enhances the steel structure’s protection against UV radiation, moisture, and typical industrial wear and tear.
- Long-lasting appearance — the surface retains its color, gloss level, and aesthetic appeal without rapid aging.
- Ready for daily operation — this mechanically durable system is suitable for industrial buildings, process facilities, and other steel structures.
What to Watch Out For
- Proper surface preparation — to achieve maximum service life, we recommend blast cleaning the steel to at least Sa 2½.
- Proper application conditions — the substrate temperature must be at least 3 °C above the dew point, and application should not take place under high humidity conditions.
- Compatibility during renovations — for older coatings, it is advisable to verify the compatibility of the coating systems before application.

Long-Term Protection of Structures
The combination of an epoxy primer and a polyurethane topcoat protects steel buildings against corrosion, moisture, and normal industrial wear and tear.
A Stable Exterior Appearance
Polyurethane topcoat retains its color and semi-gloss finish over the long term, even when exposed to UV radiation and the elements.
Durability for Industrial Use
The system is resistant to mechanical stress, common chemicals, and operational loads in manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
